Provided by YP.comI shipped some things to my sister and had the store package everything for me. When the box finally arrived there was a whole in it big enough for some of the items to fall out and go missing. After way to many calls to both the store and UPS AND a 4 month wait I finally got my reimbursement for the missing stuff and shipping costs. I will NEVER EVER ship from that store again!!
