After he sealed the driveway, several days later I noticed all the cracks didn’t disappear as he had promised it would smooth out after it was sealed. Several days later he called because he wanted to collect his last payment, but I was explaining to him the situation. He began screaming that he wanted his money, cursing me out, but as a gentleman I paid him.
In good faith after I paid him. He said that would come back to patch it and reseal it again because the first seal didn't smooth out the driveway as originally agreed. So his worker comes back patches it again, then calls me a days later and told me he is not going to resealing it. He felt that patching the driveway again was enough and this worker did more than what he was supposed to do. No, there were a lot of cracks that he didn’t patch the first time. So now he refuses to finish the job.
