I sent my bat back and they refuse to give me my money back. Grizzly River Sports are just plain thieves

Sent the wrong item. I tried calling.. no one answers. Finally after call after call I get a hold of someone, they said that I would have to pay for the shipping. Why would I pay for the shipping when you messed up?

They sent the wrong item. Tried calling no one answers the phone. Finally get a hold of someone they tell me to email them. Who does that? After 2 weeks of getting the run around they ship out the wrong item again! Can't deal with them anymore I'm just gonna keep it. Not worth the hassle that they put me through the first time.

Can not get a hold of anybody. was told the bat had a one year warranty. It does NOT!

Great company with good prices on softball equipment, will definitely use them again!
