Ok, just writing this review makes me want to go tomorrow. Koi Palace has very good food, and I always bring my friends here because they really try to impress specially when dim sum is served.Long, long, long lines though, that's why only a 4*.

I love coming to the Koi Palace for dim sum; it's my favorite place for dim sum in the Bay Area. Even though the wait and service is a bit horrendous at times, the quality of the dim sum is worth it. Fresh ingredients are nothing if you don't have the skilled chefs like they do at Koi. This place is great for dinner as well (dim sum is a morning/afternoon deal). During the night hours, it's a lot quieter and service is a bit zippier.
