Avoid them. I have been a 'customer' of theirs for many years. In more recent years, service has become abysmal. I have boarded as many as 40 orchids at their facility, but have found that very few of them are ever returned. In the past year, orchids have come to me that I don't even think are mine. Over the past 3 years I have repeatedly requested that they tell me what orchids are there, but have been told that would be 'too difficult.' In the past couple months I have requested that ALL of the orchids be returned and have been completely ignored. In the meantime, they do manage to get their bills out promptly. Do not send your orchids to them for care unless you don't care if you lose them forever.
