Mike Withrock abuses his knowledge in law and his code of ethics. He gets involved in friends business deals and divorces when he is asked to stop getting involved. He claims he does not represent a person but uses emails and phone calls and calls the person his client. That is a conflict of interest in the law. I will filing a complaint with the State of Georgia Bar using his own emails and that of the client he claims he is not representing. It is in writing so it will be hard to deny. I would not recommend Mike or his law firm since Mike Withrock does not obey the law by avoiding cases with a conflict of interest.
