Provided by YP.comI made an appointment for a recall 2 weeks in advance asking how long the recall would take I was told 30 minutes. My car never moved for the first 30 minutes then I waited another hour before I finally went to ask what was going on with my car. I was told oh your car has been done. I had told the person when I checked in I was waiting but he never put it on my paper. I will never use them again. An hour and half for a 30 minute repair is unacceptable.
