Bought a lot of merchandise from the Belk store at Walnut Square Mall in Dalton, Georgia. I took the merchandise to the gift wrapping department and was told to lay out my items in which I had ten clothing items and write the names of the people they were going to and the number of the wrapping paper I wanted them to be wrapped in and come back in an hour. I came back three hours later and my merchandise was under other customers bags. There were four women in the gift wrapping department and only one was wrapping a gift for a customer ahead of me at the time I took my merchandise to them. I did take my merchandise home and wrapped the items myself and learned not to buy a lot of merchandise again at the Belk store at Walnut Square Mall. Very poor customer service.

Seems like they are always having a sale with extra % off. My opinion is that you can get better prices there than at the outlet stores.
