Provided by YP.comPurchased a tire and had it mounted and balanced somewhere else, only to be told the Tire had a hole in it and had to be patched. When I called Penn Tire to try and work something out about the tire they told me there was nothing they could do because their tires had a warranty and we should have taken the tire back to them for repair or replacement. I said that was hard to do since we purchased the tire in Dallastown and had it mounted and balanced in York at Hoffman's. Hoffman's is the one who found the hole in the tire when he was mounting and balancing it, plus he only charged half of what Penn Tire charges.
