I wish I had a great experience with them, but not the case.

My experience with their workmanship was sub-par. Every time there was a problem, they would blame me and get ugly.

I decided to share my negative experience because they treated me with such disrespect and contempt.

These are email and text messages from Matt Zahn:

"I have not sent you a warranty and will not." {He never did provided one).

"I'm not going to acknowledge the email. Not worth the time to read it all."

"I've had to get my attorney involved to settle with you.

"Get on some meds Doc.... You need them."

"Another one of your childish remarks. If you say anything of slander you will be hearing from my attorney again."

I can't recommend them. I am suffering with the problems they promised to fix.

All of the above is MY OPINION based on my experience. I emphasize this because Matt has threatened me with a "slander law suit" if I tell. These are my opinions and experiences with them.
