**BEWARE** WILSON WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY AGREEMENT**
We used Wilson to install our new HVAC system & 6 yrs ago & they did a good job. We even used them annually as our maintenance & check-up w/ no issues...but you really find out about a company when a actual problem comes up.
Our AC stopped working Saturday night about 7pm. We called Wilson's 24/7 number more than once & got no answer - Never a call back or anything! We had to use another provider to repair our unit because it was a 100 degrees & Wilson was MIA! We called Monday to find out why we never got a call & get a refund for the out of pocket cost from the other provider, since we had a 10 yr "Gold Warranty" that was supposed to cover all parts, labor etc. We have met all terms and conditions. The manager Carrie was rude to my wife when she called & was rude to me when I called. They basically told me sorry we left you high and dry w/ 2 small kids in a house w/ no AC in the summer time. BBB Cased has been filed!
