Once you've signed all the required paperwork stating you agree to retain them and won't go with any other firm, you won't be updated about your case. You can't speak to someone about your case and they won't return your call. Very poor attorney-client relationship. As their client, I feel like I'm ignored and don't have a clue where my case is at this point and it's been years. The few times I have spoke to someone it was a legal assistant. I've left messages for the supervisor but never got a return call. And I reach out a month later after finding out little about my case. The legal assistant said she was waiting for a form from my previous insurance company which could take a while. I called my insurance company to find out information which definitely was not taking a while. I haven't heard anything and it's been over a month. Please go with another law firm. I wish I would have.
