Provided by SuperpagesBought a vehicle the check engine light came on, I still have no resolution to the problem after 5 months and they owe me 178.00 for having the light checked. Poor service.

Provided by SuperpagesPoor customer service! They require a $1000.00 deposit to hold a vehicle and it's non refundable even if the car fails inspection!!! This makes buying their vehicle from out of state very difficult. They had a vehicle for sale that I had been searching for for 4 months. With approved financing, I made an offer and they accepted. To me a verbal agreement should be good enough to hold a car. I spent several hours getting my financing in order, hiring a private inspector and finding a company to ship the vehicle to me. They sold the car from underneath me just as the inspector was due to go check it out for me. Isn't someone's word worth anything anymore? They are very cut throat in their selling and are ONLY looking out for themselves. I sent an email asking to be notified as soon as this vehicle arrived because it was listed as coming soon and they never bothered to contact me. They are just first come first serve. Who is going to put $1000 down without inspecting it first? Not many.
