Provided by YP.comThe customer service is abysmal. It's really too bad... the fight itself wasn't terrible, the flight attendants were great... but anything outside of that was a bad experience. Fee's are outrageous; you may be better off using a major carrier with a higher "ticket price" after they nickle and dime you. I lost my wallet on the flight, but there's literally no one to help you with that... no one. I'm still trying, but pretty much ready to give up. There's no one to call. You're just SOL.

Provided by YPmobileDo not fly this airline ! Will cost you way more than you ever imagined ! They charge you to charge you ! Will never fly spirit again, and I have a feeling they won't even be an option in the very near future.

Provided by YPmobileHaven't even boarded the plane yet and I'm wondering why I can't give a zero star option for this review. I never imagined buying tickets, just to turn around and pay separately for seats. Pay fire carry on luggage, etc. We didn't save money, we should have flown a major carrier. I'll follow my review up with positive or negative after we fly.

Provided by YPmobileThis is the first time that I have used spirit airlines and the service sucks. There customer rating in my opinion is -0. They messed my reservation up causing me to miss my flight. Also I went to the airport as a disgruntled/ unhappy customer trying to explain what happened over the phone and get the help i needed in person. Two agents totally disregarded me and started laughing and talking between themselves about their personal lives. One of them even playing in her hair to show the other agent how she will be getting her hair done the next time she visits the hair salon. If you have any other choice to fly, book early and use another airline. If you pay cheap, you can expect ceap servic!!!!

Provided by YPmobileWhere is the zero star option? This is the worst airline that has ever been. no only do they have many hidden fees and ways to cost you hundreds extra, but thet lie about everything.
