Founded in 1980, The Round-Up Saloon is a night club, based in Dallas, Texas. It offers a variety of themed and specialty bars, which includes The Parlor Bar, The Tool Shed Bar, The Lone Star Bar, Chute 5 (patio bar), The Horse Shoe Bar and The Tequila Shack. The club offers a range of services, such as music, cruising, drinks as well as dance lessons. Some of its daily events include ManCandy retro dancing, karaoke in The Parlor, Country Dancin' and Wild West Wednesdays. Instinct honored The Round-Up Saloon as The Best Galdanged Gay Bar in the United States.

I have been coming to The Round-Up for the past 9 years. It recently celebrated it's 28 anniversary as on of the few gay country western dance halls in the United States. The wooden dance floor is great!. It is a large dance floor too. It has been voted The Friendliest Staff, The Best Place for Karaoke, Best Pool Tables, Best Looking Staff by the readers of The Dallas Voice. It is definitely the place to be on Friday and Saturday nights, but there is activity all week long with, dance lesson Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nites free of charge, Texas Hold-em tournament on Wednesdays at select times of the year, Wii Bowling on Wednesdays, country dancing ever night till 2am, karaoke 6 nights a week. Always a place to have fun... And drink specials every night. The Parlor Bar (day bar) open in early afternoon. You will have a good time @ The Round-up. It is visited by people from all over the world.
