I have a 7 year old son who has been training since September. Initially, we enrolled him because he needed help with self-regulation and focusing on a task at a time.



The instructors are amazing with the kids! They have patiently worked with my son and have kept high expectaions for him. They have helped him to set goals and find a sense of accountability. I'd recommend this place over any other extra curricular out there!

If you don't know who Carlos Machado is, then google it. Great Jiu-Jitsu school! My son has been there for 17 months. He started when he was nine and has progressed into a very talented BJJ practitioner. What's crazy is how mature he has become. On numerous occasions I have watched him allow lower belt students work on him and actually let the lower belt students tap him out. He makes sure the kids are applying the techniques correctly and doesn't let them get the submissions til they do it properly. There's a sign as you enter the school that says leave your ego at the door. To have a 9, 10, 11 year old understand and practice this is outstanding. Absolutely awesome!!!

My daughter has been going here for about 6 months and I can't say enough good things about this place. They really cater to kids, build their self esteem, teach them how to deal with bullies, help them understand goals, and get them physically fit. There are many classes a week and the instructors are fantastic. They also have monthly events and parents night out which is always nice.

This is the best place to train Braziian Jiu-jitsu PERIOD!! I've been a student for more than seven years and look forward to every visit. Carlos is a great instructor and has many talented students that are always willing to help your game out. If you are wanting to train BJJ go here!!!
