Roaches galore, they talk very loud during your whole sitting to each other and on the phone, very poor customer service one of the worst shops I've been to, I like Big T African braid shop better

Braiders were mad that I had long hair and I was quoted a different price. They spoke in their native language the whole time I was getting my hair braided and were very unfriendly. Towards the end of my session they asked for payment repeatedly as if I wasn't going to pay one stylist braided my hair longer than the other stylist I wouldn't recommend anyone go here

Queen Isha Braiding & Weaving Salon is a World Class Salon when it comes to Braiding. I've been a loyal patron of this Salon for about 5 Years. They are excellent with time management, cleanliness, and price. I will only allow the stylisy of Queen Isha touch my hair. The stylist of this establishment are world class stylist who have the care of your hair at heart.

I am a huge fan of Queen Isha Salon.... I am truly appauled at the negative reviews. I have been a customer since the salons opening in 2005. They always do a great job. They treat me and every customer i know with respect . I have recommended them to family members, friends, co-workers, and pastors wife. They make sure i am satisfied before i leave the salon. I no longer live in Dallas anymore but I fly down here just for Kadja to do my hair. I cant find anyone like her.

I was at Queen Isha on 08/14/2010 and got some excellent Micro Braids. I paid $250, and they provided the hair with them. They came out soooo beautiful, and I luv them.

Since 2005, I've been coming to Queen Isha to get my braids done. They have always done good job. I love the friendly professional atmosphere of the shop. All the stylists are licensed, I feel confident that I was in Good hands. I'll always come to Queen Isha to get my hair done!

I went to this shop last week and it was a disaster. When I went in and asked how much they charged they were so nice and professional. As soon as I accepted the offer to get my hair done and gave them my money it went down hill from there. They complained the whole time about my hair being too long and that they should've charged me more money. I paid two-hundred dollars for the small micro braids and they didn't even braid them down far enough. Today one of my braids came down so now I have to find someone to redo that braid and worry about the rest of them coming down. I would never go here again especially with all the attitudes.
