My experience in Pro-Locks was awesome. Best locksmith in New York City. You gotta go there whenever you have an issue with your key for help. Customer experience is 100% excellent.

They are a highly professional, efficient, punctual, and very reasonably priced locksmith. When I was locked out of my house, Locksmith arrived quickly after my initial phone call. Their care, precision, and attention to detail were outstanding. They were able to open the lock quickly and without damaging it or the surrounding door. I highly recommend their services.

Excellent service will 100% use again. I had a lock with key fitted to my bedroom door. The lock was fitted very well to match the handle. The locksmith was experienced and took his time to ensure it was fitted correctly. It’s only a lock but it looks very sleek and impressive!
