Dr. Tittle has done several treatments on me including Sculptra, SculpSure, PRP, Profound and CO2 laser treatments. I asked him to help me look 10 years younger. I had my part...he was honest with me which I REALLY appreciated...he said "you have to lose 15 lbs and change your diet or what I'll do won't matter in a year". That is SO rare in a physician. I always felt he had my best interest in mind. So, I did what he said, he did the above, and now I DO look like I'm in my early 50's vs. my actual age of 63. His expertise in how to place the Sculptra was nothing short of masterful art. My appearance changed and no one knew what had changed, they just kept saying, "WOW, you look great!" Thanks again Dr. T.

I'm an atypical patient (I think). I'm not in mommy makeover mode or an aspiring male model :-) . I am a normal everyday guy who lost well over 100 pounds after years of bad decisions. Problem is you can't weight loss yourself into losing stretched skin. 7 year journey and I still was ashamed to take off my shirt at a pool or the beach as i had all this excess skin. Spent a ton of time researching as Dallas is a Mecca of plastic surgery. Had multiple doctor consults and in the end knew there was no other choice but Dr. Tittle. His credentials are impeccable but more than that I felt like he cared about my problems and earnestly wanted to make it all better for me. I never felt like a patient and was always felt like the treatment I was getting was no different than what he'd do for a family member. He is ridiculously competent, professional, and is a rock star surgeon. The process and path to surgery was well laid out and the staff (Lori you are amazing!!!) was world class.

From the very beginning Dr Tittle went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best I could ever ask for. He went through every step of my mommy makeover holding my hand and my results show it. I will be a life long patient with Dr Tittle and would highly recommend him.
