Very dishonest and incompetent people. They lie to you and to your insurance company about the things that they will do with your floors and house stuff.

The person that deals with the insurance is so incompetent that doesn't even listen to messages from anyone about what it is supposed to do regarding filing or work.

They never show up on time. They tell you they will be in your house at 9:00 am and they show up 2 or 3 hours later and some times don't even show up and don't even call.

Use the other options that your insurance companies offer you because dealing with Paul Davis is a nightmare.

They don't even deserve 1 star. I wish there were negative stars.
