today i had to call this billing agency to make a 6 dollar payment... i first tried to make my payment on line and for some reason the website did not allow me to pay it and recommended me to call the call center. when i called the call center i had to wait 18 min before getting a representative. totally unacceptable. Its very frustrating having to hold so long just to get something simple done. i hope i never have to call them again!!!!
