6 Weeks ago Miller Service Co was selected by my extended warranty company to fix my AC unit which had a leaking coil. In the past 6 weeks the only thing they have managed to do is to send out 2 service reps 1 week ago to check what was wrong with my AC unit and told me that the coil was leaking - something I told them 6 weeks ago.
They are supposed to be an authorized repair facility for Lennox air conditioners but today after another call to my AC warranty company they told me that Miller Service Co told them they did not want to fix my AC unit.
The complete lack of communication by Miller Service Co with the customer is utterly deplorable and the way the person that answers the phone spoke to me when I called was shameful... very snippy.
I wish I could give them zero stars but sadly it has to be at least 1.
In hindsight I am grateful that they chose not to repair my unit because I have zero confidence in this company based on my experience with them over the past 6 weeks.

Miller Service Company was recommended by an acquaintence who repairs AC units but doesn't service my area. They were able to inspect my unit the same day I called (on a Friday) and came back on Monday to complete the repair. Another company quoted me $4200 to replace my coil and plenum. Miller Service Company charged only $1700 for a name-brand (Lennox) coil and plenum, plus $80 for the initial inspection. The staff is professional and courteous, and the unit has been working well.
