Provided by YP.comI ordered a Littmann stethoscope from this store 1/4/10 because Majors Books is on the list of aouthorized dealers .The Majors Books charged my credit card 1/6/10. After an inquiry why the order has not been shipped 1/11/10, I got an email from their representative that they are" waiting for the produc" to come into stock this week", and that I will receive my order ASAP. Today, 1/21/10 the order has not been shipped yet, and nobody has contacted me to post on the delay. I contacted them again to hear that they do not fullfill the order because still waiting for a flashlight(!), a part of the order. The representative, did not appologize for the issue with my order nor offer any reasonable solution. Finally, I cancelled my order because I cannot wait when this irresponsible seller sends me the stethoscope. Majors Books has a very poor business style. I do not recommend this store.
