During one of our visits, we decided to change all of the interior doors in our home. Having done this through Lowe's at a different location for a previous home, I thought the process would be relatively easy and that the product would be of good quality. My first clue as to how this process was going to go should have come from the measurement report from the company sent to my home to measure the doors. The sales person who received the report had a difficult time reading the measurements and couldn't discern one door from another as they were inappropriately labeled/ photographed. After securing a different company to measure, I finally sat down to order the doors. There was no sample of the doors in the store so I had to go by a catalog. Paying for the doors took several trips and not due to anything on my part. I was informed the order would take several weeks and that I would be called when they arrived to schedule an install. After 8 or so weeks I took it upon myself to call the store and was informed that the doors have been sitting at the store for two weeks. When they finally came out to install the doors - one door was missing and two doors were returned for not being accurate. Additionally, the frames around the doors look horrible and do not match the color of the doors which I paid quite a bit to be painted. The doors are far from high quality as well and whoever installed them must have had a pencil or something in the pocket which marked up the doors. One of the installers also touched up some of the door frames making them look worse than when a hooker fails to take off finger nail polish and polishes over the old paint. I paid over $3,000 for this order and now my house looks like some cheap rental. Customer service at this location has been less than stellar. I worked with Ethan who is not the best at returning emails and then with Chad the store manager who said he would take care of this, however Chad has been very aloof throughout this entire process. I have had to contact Lowe's Corporate office several times to get this resolved. I'm still waiting for the install of the missing doors but my patience with this ordeal has expired.

We ordered a dishwasher as a Christmas gift. When the installer failed to show, Lowe's credited back the deliver and installation fee. Whiel the installer does not work for directly for Lowe's they took care of the inconvience caused by their lack of communication. This is one of the reasons that we shop with Lowes's.
