DO NOT USE KIWI. They quote you one price for the cleaning and add huge amounts to your bill if you request any spot removal/pet stain removal! Also, I had to leave while the cleaner was still at the house... He had me sign the credit card slip before he had finished and before he put anything on it. (My mistake! I trusted them.) We were quoted $120 for cleaning...and verbally quoted $120 for pet stain removal... (NOT per room). I added Living Room carpet cleaning and stain removal to this...and they Charged me $790. They are terrible at returning calls. The first 2-3 times we called them to discuss this huge OVERBILL - the agents are told to say that they cannot transfer the calls directly to their managers, even though they say they are standing right by them. Pet stains did not even come out! (Zerorez did so much better a job and charged a whole lot less!). DO NOT TRUST THEM! I would be willing to pay a reasonable amount but they keep pushing us off and refuse to talk to us.

I have used Kiwi for a few years now and really like their service. The technicians are always punctual and friendly. You can usually get an appointment quickly and the carpet is always very clean and fresh-smelling when they are through. As a bonus, you can call and get your carpet cleaned anytime throughout the following year for minimal cost.

I really like the warranty program. It is a must if you have children and/or pets. They do a good job.

I have used Kiwi for years and they always come through. Even if I make a last minute call they seem to work with me to get serviced right away. They are always on time and very professional..

I have been using Kiwi for YEARS and I just figured out that with cleaning our new house and cleaning our old house in the same week, I have used Kiwi in 8 homes over the last 20+ years. They will do a great job and/or they will make it RIGHT. We always buy the spotter from them and then will refill the bottle at every warranty visit. It's a great service and it is very safe for your carpets...and dries very quickly - leaving that wonderful Kiwi scent!

I have used Kiwi services twice in the last year, once for having a large sectional cleaned and for my carpets. On both occasions the technicians were on time, very polite and had my home looking amazing! On a side note the cleaner they sell works better than anything I have used before and it comes with free refills for a year, if you have pets it's perfect!

I have been using Kiwi services for over 15 years and have always been delighted with thier services. I a pet and of course pet stains will happen and in most cases once the have completed the cleaning; you would never know a stain was there.

The technicians are very thorough, friendly and respectful on being timely.

The yearly warranty is the best offer as it will provide a good value for your dollar through the year. Customer Service always always friendly and tries to find the best deal for your money. If possible when setting up your appt as for Israel for your technician he is amazing.

I have been using Kiwi Services for many years. They offer a small window of arrival (I'm not stuck at home waiting for a time between 8 am and 5 pm), and they are there within that time. I'm not expected to have the carpets freshly vacuumed or small furniture out of the way--they do all of that themselves. I have a small dog who forgets that her bathroom is outside. Kiwi offers multiple options to get rid of stains and odors. Their policy of coming back throughout the year for a small service charge is great in that regard. They also take the large rugs to be cleaned and returned smelling fresh and odor-free. The guys have always been polite and helpful.

Kiwi can't be beat with their warranty cleanings and fresh citrus scent. I've been a repeat customer for years and have always been pleased.

I have used Kiwi services for the past 5 years in both Houston and Dallas. I love that they can almost always squeeze me in last minute (right before family visits), they have the warranty cleanings which are fantastic ($24!!) and they get in, get out, are always on time and professional. I also used them for air duct cleaning before allergy season and it really helped!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Kiwi to anyone.

Friendly and competent service for warrant work. Everyone has been terrific and special kudos to Art Case for his courtesy and attention to our trouble spots.

The guys came at the time I was promised. There was a bit of confusion about the discounts, but I feel sure we will sort all that out. The techs were professional.

I've recommended Kiwi Carpet Cleaners to several people. I love how friendly everyone is and every time someone comes to the house to clean my carpets they have been on time and great to work with. If you haven't tried Kiwi Service before I highly recommend doing so!
