Guaranty bank advertises that it is a people first bank. However, after setting up several accounts and buying checks, I found that I could not do online business with them because my Mac is 4 years old an I am using SAFARI. They refused to make adjustments to their system so that I could check my accounts, use their advertised web bill pay, or do anything with them online. The technician tried to resolve the issue but the programmers are running the show. It got back to me that there are not that many Mac users with SAFARI....don't use them for you banking....they do not see Mac users as important customers.
