Provided by YP.comI booked two web fare tickets for myself and 3yr old son. I just needed to change the time for the return tickets. My total round trip fare was $63. After taking a look at their website and being unable to determine the exchange policy as it pertained to my type of ticket I gave greyhound a call only to be informed that i have to pay $20 per ticket to change the time. I spoke with a rude rep who all but ignored my 3 polite requests to speak with a supervisor. I finally got Ms King (REP ID 2210) on the line only to be informed that it is Greyhound Policy for phone agents to not immediately provide a supervisor when requested. Never again. The fare seemed like a good price but it is not worth it! I haven't even gotten on the bus yet and i am dissatisfied. Don't forget the 10 hold to speak with corporate to make a complaint. Oh and near 15 minute wait to get a Supervisor who doesn't do anything. STAY AWAY!! Book elsewhere. I'm currently on hold with Corporate who answered the phone 2 minutes ago and has yet to say hello or acknowledge me! The WORST.

Provided by YPmobileThis is the biggest joke I have ever seen. My step daughter was trying to get down here from Indianapolis IN to Princeton IN. She was at the bus station at the right time. The driver told her that her bus was sick in traffic and would be there shortly, when come to find out that, that was her bus. When I tried to reach someone I couldn't. Then after I drive up to go get her. I call for a refund of my money since she never got on the bus. I have to mail my freaking ticket to Texas. Are you kidding me.

Provided by YPmobileI was not offered any insurance on my bags. Then locked on a bus not allowed to retrieve my bags. After a month and a half finally received my last bag a greyhound employee had opened it picked through my belongings and stole over a thousand dollars worth of tools, damaged a 500.00 radio then shipped my bag to me. Greyhound doesn't care at all. Even though this is a crime NO OFFERS of assistance are being offered at all. These are the type of employee's they have, they know it but don't care what type of service they offer or what image their employees represent of this company that is obviously in need of reform....Ray Lovett

Provided by YP.comMy son's luggage was lost and customer service acted as though it was his fault. When he tried to get information about his missing luggage they were rude to him in Cleveland, OH, and Pittsburg, PA. I finally stepped in and called the headquarters and experienced a slight attitude from the customer service rep. My advice to Greyhound is hire people who know how serve people. Although missing luggage is frustrating it is your responsibility to treat people with kindness and do all you can to help them. After all we are paying customers that pays your salary. I will NOT patronize Greyhound......their service stinks.

Provided by YP.comIf I could give a negative 50 stars to Greyhound I would. Greyhound is terrible. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy a ticket from Greyhound. If I a choice between Greyhound and hitch-hiking I would take my chances on the the open road. I called the Valdosta GA Greyhound office with a customer service issue after I purchased a ticket online for my son who is a student at Valdosta State to come home on the holidays. I was hung up on twice! There is no customer service open on the weekends, so if you have an issue you are out of luck. Furthermore based on the three employees I did speak with, it would not have mattered if customer service was open because there seems be a culture of rudeness and customer alienation deeply entrenched within Greyhound. I don't know if working for Greyhound makes its employees bitter and rude or if Greyhound goes out of its way to find the rudest and nastiest people they can to work for them. But what I do know is that I have never experienced such blatant disrespect and rude treatment of a PAYING customer. What ever you do DO NOT do business with Greyhound!!!! If you live in an area with Megabus service, ride Megabus. And if not stay home or WALK!

Provided by YP.comHi,I have had a bad experience with Greyhound.
The ride was pleasant except.....I'm disabled and need a front seat however, the driver reserves the front seat for his carry ons.
My luggage was misplaced for almost a week. I had to go buy unneccesary clothes and items because mine was LOST.
I finally got my luggage. When i opened my suitcases MY belongings had been rummaged thru with some items found MISSING.
It is time for Greyhound to step it up in baggage dept.It may be an expense to put cameras in the areas of customers luggage but in the long run,you won't have to replace stolen items.
I guess BBB needs a report.

Provided by YP.comWords of caution, never use the Greyhound Lines PackageXpress services for package delivery if you want quality service. The package delivery component of this company has little regard for their customer's packages and even less concern for customer satisfaction with claims issues. "Fair Customer/Shipper Compensation" is not a part of their resolution process. USERS BEWARE!

Provided by YP.comFor your health & well being, please, save yourself time & money & do NOT ride Greyhound Bus Lines. Sorry, this company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Spend the extra money to drive, or fly, it will be much less stressful in the long-run. The Greyhound bus sub-station in Arlington overbooked, & as well as Memphis, both are very poorly run, especially Memphis, TN. i.e. by over scheduling/booking, & the buses were not on time, their bus stations are filthy-nasty dirty, & extremely unsanitary for humans. When trying to get help after an unexpected & uncalled for overnight/day stay in Memphis, TN., Greyhound customer service people were very rude to the customers, they lied about scheduling, they didn't have enough buses, or a bus with windshield wipers, really no joke!! A customer service person, Kevin or Kelvin, hung up on me when I called. They should change their names to Slow-Torture-Bus-Line.
