what kind of business are you running? I work just as hard if not harder for my money a $200 ticket or not more of that bus twice in my adult life and never never have come across a business so inadequate and disrespected to customers step pay for their hard working money you are a sorry organization I don't know how you stay in business.I have had my phone stolen and the driver did not care that my phone was stolen I have set in Atlanta bus station for 29 hours Forno no reason and now you I am and my partner is an hour and a half after excuse me get out of the lake from up to Orlando because the bus driver could not get there in time twice I wrote this bus never again I really hope you let greyhounds get shut down and another CEO will see how to run buses correctly.

greyhound policy states refunds take 6-8 wks from the time they are received and it has now been 9. I called and spoke to a supervisor and all he said, very rudely while interrupting me numerous times was, "you are going to have to wait" and had no other answers than that. It has been a nightmare since May and I have had numerous issues with drivers, employees, supervisors, terminals, customer service.....pretty much the whole company inside and out. I have contacted the BBB in Dallas as well as lawyers and will be getting a result one way or another. I suggest never dealing with Greyhound as you can see, all reviews are horrible. Go Megabus instead. I paid almost $400 to go from WV to ME which should be a 10-12 hr trip but it took me 28 hrs one way because of 4-6 hr layovers in Baltimore, NYC, and Boston. Besides the fact the busses were uncomfortable and dirty.

incompetance is the name of the game with this organization. the management are a group of bumbling idiots so when asks a question you get an answer that sounds like its coming from someone who is mentally challenged. And this behavior is across the board no matter what municipality that you are in. the buses are not clean and some of the drivers uniforms are dirty. if you happen to go to a maintenance garage by accident the place can be discribed as a big unwashed cave. so no wander the buses are filthy. overall the place is not a good company to use.

This company is a perfect example of corporate greed. WORST customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Shipped boxes of freight with insurance and half the shipment was destroyed in route. Submitted claim and was sent a claim form with amount way below submitted amount. Have called, e-mailed, and sent them a certified letter requesting explanation of deductions. I have yet to hear back from the company. Just plain out thieves! I have filed complaints with BBB and FTC but they have so many complaints that I am certain it doesn't matter. DO NOT do business with this company!

They flat out do not care what you think. Worst customer service of any company I have dealt with BY FAR. The Wichita bus station's telephone was busy for 2 days straight! I then called the corporate office to complain and I was put on endless hold. Their employees are all incompetent black racists. I will travel by some other means next time. ANYTHING but Greyhound!

Can't get in touch with not one live agent!!!!! My son has a non refundable ticket and weather conditions have road delays until 12pm...his bus is scheduled to leave at 8am! I can't find out when they'll be departing! Called corporate and still No answer! Worst experience I've ever had!

Greyhound does care about there customers

I do not like the service I have receive from greyhound. I have called customer service and tried to resolve the issue. The customer service rep are rude and not nice. I feel as if greyhound doesn't care about there customer. My bus was schedule to leave out at 3 pm on 12/22/2014 the bus didn't leave the station till almost 3:35 next the bus broke down for 3.5 hours we finally got another bus around 7:30. So I didn't get to Fort Lauderdale till 12:30 that night. And all greyhound want to do is refund me $26.50 and I have to wait 14 to 21 days. It's not my fault the bus left late and broke down.

I am a patient, rational, honest human being. Never have I been treated so lowly by another human being. I got tickets to travel from LA, CA to Mnpls, MN then back again to LA. On my trip to Minnesota I was treated with no respect and felt like an animal, very degrading. Then my laptop got stolen while the bus was being cleaned at the Grand Junction station in CO. On my way back to Los Angeles. My bus stopped in Armarillo, TX. We had an hour layover so I went to get something to eat. When I got back my things were taken off my seat of the bus and put outside. There was a long line waiting to get on the bus and I was suppose to get back on this bus and continue to LA. But they had already filled up the bus so I couldn't get back on. This happened with 8 other people who were not able to get back on. We had to grab our things off the bus and the next bus is not till 2:50am. This bus is also full. The next bus after that is 12pm tomorrow. While waiting here in the bus station I overheard people talking saying they had lost their luggage. They didn't take their luggage off the bus when they got off and the bus left with their luggage on it!! All I can say is this is not what I expected from a company who is celebrating 100 years in business. Needless to say this will be my last time riding a Greyhound bus... ever.

Horrible organisation, communication and protocol

I was traveling from Pensacola Florida to Colorado. during the bus ride we had a lay and was told that we wouldn't be able to get anywhere west for 24 hours. Dallas had shut down all rwhile waiting I was told I was put on a list for food vouchers due to me having a 2 yr old and being stranded with him for more than 24 hrs. however when I went to go claim it the shrugged me and my child off. I ask at 11am then again at noon then at midnight then again at 3 am. It is now 7:17 am the next day and still have not received any assistance nor food for my 2 yr old. I have been talk down to and ignored but worst of all my child was not helped by greyhound a traveling customer supported for food. We are still stranded with no word of if we are going to be able to get home. I am 6 months pregnant with a two yr old n have never been treated with such indecency. Sleeping on a floor with my son on a duffle bag and in the same spot for over 24 HOURS! A 1 day 9 hr trip into 3 days and still no word on if we'll be able to leave today to complete my trip. I will NEVER use their services (in which I can honestly say been hardly any services at all for paying 500 for myself n 2 yr old) again nor recommend them for anyone else to use Greyhound. Lies upon lies told and mistreated beyond belief. PLEASE IF YOU CONSIDER GREYHOUND DO NOT DO IT! BETTER OFF FLYING!

15 hour trip.turned into 59 hours bad bad customer service even at CEO office. plus lost my luggage and not trying to help in anyway to.find it. .really messed my three day vacation up as far as visiting my family before Thanksgiving! This form of transportation should be wiped from the earth. It is had the worst service and when incidents happen from their mistakes customers are not compensated in the way they should be. They should not be rated at all in my opinion because of the ridiculous services they give to loyal customers.

Yes customer service sucks!! Bought a ticket to go from Omaha, ne to Cincinnati, oh. Had a lay over in Chicago the bus did not show up. Then had to buy another ticket to get to Ohio from Chicago. I cannot understand how they can be so rude when I try to figure out if I am going to be compensated for the services not rendered. They are a huge company that offers the services of bus riding. So how is it ok to just ditch people half way through their trip, and say figure it out. Word of mouth goes a long way, and we make that trip at least 3 times a year. No good greyhound

My bag was takin off in columbus, Ga and given to someone else. Luckily the woman called to tell me she was given my bag and returned it to the greyhound station, they put my bag on the bus to get to my destination, and has now been lost again, Ive been calling now since Saturday Oct. 4, 2014 and the customer service line is rude, and no help what so ever, I would rather have my bag then havin to file a claim. NOT ONLY WAS MY BAG GIVEN AWAY THE CORPUS CHRISTI, TX. GREYHOUND BAGGAGE SERVICE TOOK MY BAGGAGE CLAIM STUBS AND WONT HELP FIND MY LUGGAGE. I WILL NOT RECCOMEND GREYHOUND OR EVER USE IT AGAIN THIS IS TWICE THEY HAVE LOST MY LUGGAGE. NO GOOD SERVICE OR CUSTOMER CARE.
