I am a Texas resident. This is a Texas based company. When I phoned, I requested to order one Kindergarten robe for graduation. A week away. I asked if the item was in stock. I was so relieved as my son's original robe arrived the wrong color. Upon finalizing the order, she told me that there would be the standard shipping fee plus $120.00 to ship it out tomorrow. I was stunned. I asked if it had to be sent from somewhere else, "no, if you want to pick it up, the fee won't be charged, but to get it out of the warehouse and ship it to you, it'll be $120.00. This from a place that has a storefront on site... That is thievery, shoddy, dishonest, and shouldn't be tolerated. In the new "new" economy, I don't choose to partronize business that practice deceptive business habits, which you people here at The Graduation Place are definitely engaged in. Shame on you!
