My sister and I had a car wreak back In October 2015. Here we are 11 months later and we still have not gotten a settlement as of yet. There are very bad about keeping you updated on thing, You seem to always have someone different on your case because the other person is no longer there, but you only learn this when you call to ask questions. I had to call my providers about my bills because they keep claiming they were not in but the truth of the matter they were just not on my top of thinks themselves. As it stands right now I would just like for all this to be over. I feel like the only ones to really come out of this with anything will be them, doctors and the outside loan company's that they use.

I had put up a bad review on this firm. I was disappointed & didn't feel I was fairly treated for my case. I must say this is a business that truly cares about the client and strived to make sure justice was served. Even after the fact. In the end I wasnt happy & when they saw my review to my surprise they reached out to me! They wanted to know my concerns & why I felt that way. They showed me what I was offered. She went back and listened to my calls that I had within the case and she made sure where they lacked they fixed and took care of it. I learned that if you speak up they will help in any way they can. I'm still in shock that they went the extra mile they did for me. I was so emotional & just wanted to be done. I'm also still at a lost for words on what they did for me and how much it meant to them that "I" was satisfied. If I'm ever in another car accident I won't hesitate to contact them again. They are honest, loyal, & always willing to be there for the client.

If I could give 0 I would . Me and my sister was involved in a wreck got rear ended . My sister lost her baby and I had problems because we were both pregnant . They made it so stressful , and had so many problems during the process . Took over a year to settle , and still didn't give all the money . They got 2x the amount we received back . Worse people ever they are a scam

This company is very unprofessional. Their customer service is rotten. Their overall expertise stinks. I would not recommend this ambulance chasing, drop the ball, poor customer service company to anyone! They should name this company "I Just Got Scammed" Be careful people! Be very careful!

I had two accidents within the last 3 years. They represented me both times. Long story short, Justice was served. Communication was great and the Doctors they sent me to were professional, caring, and accommodating. This is my go-to firm when it comes to wrecks.

U JUST GOT HIT! Don't you GODSEY MARTIN! This company is a scam. They will rip you off, the person who hit you, and your Insurance Company. The lack of communication with this law firm is crazy. I call and ill leave a message and get a call back a week later. I'll send a email and i wont get a response back until i call up there. It has been almost a year and I still have not collected my settlement.

I had a accident in March here it is 6 month later and almost the end of the year and I still haven't received a settlement. Never again.

My daughter and I got into a wreck in June 2014 and my daughter was unharmed, but still received a settlement. They work hard for their clients and I am so glad that I called them. I finished my therapy last month and my case is in negotiations now. I am happy with the customer service overall. Very professional. They send emails whenever they can't reach me by phone. I just love Yvonne Wyatt and Carencia Barnett. They are such professionals and answer all questions I have.

Would not recommend this firm. Unprofessional. Had to call several times to get information regarding the case. Accident occurred in Nov. did not hear anything until Jan. when several calls were made to the firm. Better luck with your own insurance company.
