Provided by YP.comThe Service Department has changed since I purchase my car in 2010. You use to have to wait a full day for service, or schedule around the times that they had an available loaner. Now, the Service persons are more flexible to work with your daily work schedule and get you in and out as quickly and painless as possible. I was amazed at the speed they worked with me.

I will continue to service my cars here and purchase my new ones from here until that changes. This is my third car I have purchased from this dealership and I love it. My main appreciation is that I'm not just patronized as a female and that my concerns are taken very seriously. Provided by YP.comI brought my 2014 GMC Sierra in for an oil change and I received “World-Class Customer Service” from the Service representative, Esmeralda. She was standing beside the driver side door before I exited the vehicle eliminating that initial wait time. The vehicle was in and out of the service bay rather quickly and I was on my way.

I did not realize that my experience in purchasing an automobile world be so pleasant. The car I selected is more than I anticipated. I have received so many compliments about my Chevrolet Traverse. I appreciate that I'm listened to by my advisor, Chris Hightower and he seeks to solve any issue I may have. Knowing that I have a designated person to talk with makes my visits less intimidating as a female.

Provided by YP.comI have only experienced positive and great experiences at Freedom Chevrolet. Phill that was staff member that attended to me. He came out greeted me and took notes on what I needed. I left my car and knew it was in good hands, Later I got a call from Phill in which he explained everything that was wrong to my car. He let me know what was covered under warranty and what was not. I gave him the okay and to proceed and he told me to be there by 3:00 pm as he would have my car ready. When I showed up he walked me to the cashier for payment and honored a coupon I had then I was on my way with my car that drove so much better than the way it did on the way there. I am very happy and pleased with the services I receive from my dealership. The staff is all very excellent. As I was there I was greeted by different staff members and asked many times if I was being helped or needed help. I love the team members at Freedom Chevrolet!

Provided by YP.comWe made an appointment, but it was not noted anywhere. However, we were seen quickly. We had three recalls done and a lube/oil change with pre-purchased coupon. We were told by the person who processed us that the liftgate software for our Acadia recall was not yet in the dealership, but our receipt showed that that recall was done. We have been in several times to have recall service performed and to have prepaid oil change/lube and tire rotation done on our 2011 Acadia. Our visit on 8/14/2015 was the first one at which we were not pushed to have more work done than we requested. Thank you. It was also the first time we were not over-charged. In the past we were charged for the tire rotation and/or the oil change/lube for which we had prepaid. Once we were even charged for the recall work we had done. We were not looking forward to the humiliation of having to argue about inappropriate charges, but much to our surprise, there was no charge on our account at all. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

Provided by YP.comMr. Lee Craig, I am very well pleased about the 1999 Suburban 1500 Chevrolet. The automobile had so many mechanical problems. It failed the 2017 State Inspection. It had to pass State Inspection and be Licensed by January 31, 2017. Many of the Sensors, Distributor, water pump and etc., has to be replaced We drove this Automobile about 800 miles. Every time a part was replaced, we had to drive it either 300, 100. or 50 miles, depending on the part that was replaced. But Mr. Lee Craig, who is the manager of the Freedom Service Department, Mr. Kelton Malone, Assistant Service Manager and all the Service Staff, I Applause you. Many Thanks to all of you.
