Courteous staff entry to exit. Nice waiting area. My only negative is I was not told what was wrong with the car.

I bought my car in for 2 recalls on the vehicle. It was a pleasant experience compared to other times I bought my car in for service. This time I was able to make an appointment for the day I wanted. The job was completed in a few hours, which was much faster than I thought it would take.

I always get compliments on my car. I try to maintain it as well as I possibly can. I can always trust the Freedom service team to take of my vehicle when I bring it in. I love that I can schedule an appointment to bring it in and not have wait 3-4 hours.

Every time I go in I have a cup of coffee and relax knowing that Cecil the service mgr is taking good career of my car 🚙. This last time it was Esmeralda and she also took care of the service to the car. Great job folks

I always enjoy her help whenever I visit Freedom Chevrolet. She always explain to me what I need and how I need to take care of my vehicle and why.

I had to order a new key for my Equinox because the key was not working. The dealership did a great job testing it and ordering and programming a new key for me.
