THE BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS EVER!! save yourself the trouble and go purchase a car somewhere else. Wayne (the owner) will act as if he really cares about you and will help you find the perfect car for you. Once you purchase the car it is a whole different ball game! I am STILL waiting for my title, plates and registration and keep getting the run around from Wayne as to why it is taking 3 months to get everything in my name. I continue to call and contact him and he gives me the excuse of being busy and behind and that he just needs a couple more weeks to get it fixed. I have opened a dispute with the Motor Vehicle Dealer Consumer Enforcement Division and I am working with a lawyer to get this guy Wayne out of the business of scamming innocent people trying to purchase a car. Honestly, it is not worth the trouble, I thought I was purchasing a car and now I am dealing with this BS because someone is trying to pull a fast one. so again DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING TO THIS PLACE. They have 2 locations that he does business at Emerge Auto Group off 3218 Skylane dr 75006 which is the location I bought the car at and he also does business at 11602 Reeder Rd 75229. When I went to the location I bought the car at the sales associate there told me that he no longer does business at this location and they could not help me with my problem. Either way this company is a joke and will be out of business soon enough for scamming people when they are trying to purchase a car. don't say that I didn't warn you.

My mom and I purchased cars from Emerge Auto Group and both of our cars warning lights went on just a week after we bought them. The owner Wayne Rieder told us that it takes driving our cars a few hundred miles for it adjust, but the lights never went out.

I got my License plates but the Inspection Sticker was not with it. I called to ask for the Inspection Sticker and he asked me if it was in my contract. It's a state law that when a dealer sells a car, they are responsible for having the car's state inspection done. So when I took my car to the for the Inspection Sticker, Wayne told me that I will have to have the warning lights fixed before they could get my car inspected. Now I don't have an State Inspection Sticker, which they are legally obligated to provide when selling the car, and I don't have the money to fix all of the warning lights on my car to get the State Inspection Sticker.

It is their obligation to provide me with a State Inspection Sticker because that is what I paid for, it is the law and it is in my contract. I told them of the warning lights and brought my car in for them to repaid, which they failed to do. Now they are trying to pawn off the repairs on me, in order to get a State Inspection Sticker, which was their legal obligation.

I'm 19 and going to college, I cannot afford to have this car repaired in order to get a State inspection sticker, for which Emerge Auto was supposed to have done when I bought the car.

Emerge Auto is a RIP OFF artist, DO NOT BUY from this auto dealer, their crooks!!!!!!
