Can't ever get in touch with my sales rep justin...company folded and is no longer around...

I purchased a roof from a guy name Justin, now I've got shingles falling off and a leak. I can't every get a hold of anyone in this company. Phone's are disconnected...no sign of anyone working for this company anymore.
