They picked up my bf car when he had a visitors pass in the card that was legible and valid. They tried to say a 7 was a 2. I called only for the manager to not be available. I am so pissed off bc we were gonna head to the airport only to come out and the car to be gone! For no valid reason. Terrible customer service

They have towed numerous of people in my very own apartments with no mercy. While my neighbor went upstairs to put their groceries away, still having some groceries left in the car, THEY TOWED HIM! and on another account, I caught them trying to tow my car after I was upstairs for no more than 10 minutes trying to send an urgent email, they said I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $125 FOR THEM TO UNHOOK MY CAR AND PUT IT DOWN!!
I GUARANTEE YOU THE GUY POCKETED THE MONEY!!!!

They did the job they were supposed to do most people just don't want to own up to their mistakes and be grown enough to admit fault and not blame everyone else for their mistakes.

they're service sucks and they don't care what your situation is they just like to ruin people's day

Did not provide a slip that my car was being towed. Unprofessional company! Dont know how much are they charge for a tow, until I confronted why was it 300$, and then he apologized that it was 263$

Company tows from apartment complex without any prior warning, no regard for property or vehicles. Terrible

I believe that they just do there job they too have families too feed yes they will tow you and they will come off rude too at times but come on people park right read signs you want them too respect you I got towed 4 days ago did I argue no I went too a club and parked at a hotel it makes since maybe y'all want them robbing you or selling drugs to your kids I know I don't go head Dfw tows male your money how you make it .... Thank you to that Mexican girl Tationa I believe that's her name she was really sweet very understanding and explained my situation better I will park right from now on lesson well learned and I will read more signs thank you Dfw for helping us on paying attention thank you tationa for your understanding and help y'all are a good business

My car was towed out of some crappy apartment and you don't know where the hell to park at over there because there's numbers here no numbers there it's confusing but within 15 minutes my car was towed while it was raining seems to be the best time to come out when its raining cuz I'm not the only car that was towed from over there when it was raining but but they're lame excuse was because that person was parked too close to the building which makes no damn sense...cost me $293 to get my car then I was an hour late for work that's money I could have use on my child Christmas presents but do they care no your greedy company is going to get their one day you're going to come across the wrong person one day or night

Towed truck from jack in the box in las Colinas last week. "Yea we did and we drug it through bushes too". Parking spot was not marked as to Jack in the Box parking only. Yet the owner and the towing company don't give a damn. They basically are thieves and steal people's hard earned money. Even towed car of a disabled American veteran with no regard. $350 for taxi and to get truck back. Jack in the Box and DFW tows beware of the crooks out there. And by the way Jack in the Box corporate doesn't care either

Extremely unhelpful and very shady place, they dont care what your situation is all they want is money. Very rude and non professional

This place is as shady as they get. My car was parked for one hour in a business that was closed. Fine tow me. I get to the facility and my car was not there. I waited over an hour to get my vehicle and paid $293.30. I did call the police on them. They are not allowed to tow in Dallas so beware.
