Here's my review: I have gone here for 4 years and we own 2 cars. I never have had any problems and they always did a good job on cleaning the vehicle. But, I will no longer go there. As of yesterday, an employee there STOLE an iPOD out of my middle console in my vehicle. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS! It was an older model iPOD, the 2005 Video iPOD with a white cord. UPDATE:UPDATE: Ok, so when a place does well I have to give them compliments too. I spoke with Brett after this incident and he was doing his investigation on this incident. I am very happy to report that Car Spa found out who took my iPOD and the compensated me for the iPOD. All in all they did the right thing and this should be noted for everyone. I will continue to do business with them and will let everyone know that Brett, and the entire management staff ad this place, are reputable people. Great job Car Spa!! Customer for life.

I went first thing when they opened becasue I had a meeting that I needed a clean car, there were no cars ahead of me so I thought 45 minutes for a simple clean and vacuum was no issue. Boy was I mistaken. My car came out and was placed in an open area behind a Hummer they were working on as many emplyoees stood around talking. Then 20 minutes later an SUV was placed in a stall and they started working on that car immediatley. I walked to the front desk they had no response, I even asked can you please ask that crew to work on my car answer none so I asked for a manager. His response was "We are required to open a new lane if there are three cars waiting and it is easier for us to take the next car that arrived instead of the car that has been waiting, no matter how long that person has been waiting" A manager said that to my face. So I now had to leave to make my meeting. We have 4 drivers in our home and they have lost four cars that have been using their services for year

These guys do an excellent job and pay close attention to detail.

I just called your phone number that was listed in yellow pages and on Car Spa's website. The phone must have rang 20 times. I'll go to the one near my house, instead of my office.

Everytime I have been there they have always done an excellent job on my car. The prices are reasonable and service is done in a timely manner. And you can always find coupons in the newspaper ads for Car Spa.
