We bought our first scooter from Neil and Tony over 7 years ago and have not regretted it. At that time, we decided to purchase one scooter to make sure we would like it and to see if there was going to be an issue with service. In both instances, everything worked just fine. We loved it so much that the next year we bought a second one. Service was awesome and Neil and Tony was always available to talk to us if there was an issue with our bikes and/or provide quick and efficient service for our scooter if necessary. We own a pair of the Chinese scooters they were selling at the time. Back then our scooters were great and with proper care from us and Neil and Tony they are still great - they are still in great shape and they look just as good as when we first purchased them new. So far, and over 7 years later, i can recall only having them do maintenance or upkeep service on the bikes like replacing brakes, etc. 7 years later and we have not had any major issues with our bikes but if there were, we were always comfortable that these guys would know what to do. These guys know these bikes very well. We are looking to sell my current bike and purchase a new one because I want a different color. (smile) I have friends who have purchased (2 have purchased) and we also have friends that own Vespas - they have said many times they wished they would have known about Blitz before they spent a fortune on a Vespa. We highly recommend Blitz Moped and Neil and Tony. Very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, honest to name a few. Great guys.

Great help on any mechanical issues and no hassles when you want to just look.

So... I have a scooter I purchased from a dealer in Plano that apparently went out of business while my scooter was still under warranty. I called all around Dallas and Richardson and Blitz seems to be the only place that will work on a non-Vespa scooter. So I took my little moped (her name is Bluebell ;-)) in to them...



A previous reviewer stated, "The mechanic, Trent, is an extremely knowledgable guy who is quick, honest and helps in any way he can. They let me go in the back where he fixes the bikes and he told me the pluses and minuses of my bike and what to expect at certain points of my journey of owning it." This was my experience too. Trent knows his bikes and nothing seems too hard or an inconvenience to him. I have also dealt with Neil a lot. He is also helpful and has always dealt with me in an honest and fair way.



I recommend these guys highly. My suggestion is to always call ahead to make sure Trent is working the day you want to take your moped in for any repairs or maintenance.

I got my scooter from Josh at Blitz in March and I love it. Its very quiet and has smooth acceleration. One thing that's really cool about mine is since its electric it doesn't make me all stinky like the gas powered ones and there's no maintenance since there's no petro-engine. Anyone who's buying a scooter should totally go to Blitz. At first I was a little concerned that I might get stranded or something if the batteries go down too low, but I've never had a problem and I just charge it up when I get home like I do my phone. A couple weeks ago my girlfriend rode it with me and now we're saving to get one for her too. Another thing about them is the guys at their store are very personable and quick when it comes to any kind of service. I had a headlamp go out and one of their tech's actually came by my house to fix it.
