These people kept my car for 10 days!!!!! Only called when I called them first, didn't even start of the laundry list of small issues I had....just kept putting me off, putting me off. It was like pulling teeth to work with them. They NEVER fixed my main issue which was my car stalling while driving on the highway. So scary, so scary!! I am a mom with 2 kids driving carpools everyday and they don't seem to care that their Volkswagen just dies on I-30. They never fixed it. Do not go here unless you have a month to wait on these guys and then good luck. Worst experience of my life with a service department.

Dissatisfied and Frustrated

Boardwalk VW Park Cities as been a disappointment from start to finish. There's a geneneral lack of responsiveness, particularly after the sale... Once you sign, they consider thier work done. The salespeople didn't inspire my trust, the finance department won't return my voicemails, and the service manager told me that a problem "probably wouldn't be covered" (by the factory warranty) even before he knew what the issue was. Worst of all, he had a huge smirk throughout our conversation - it was absolutely infuriating to have that experience 2 weeks after signing, before I even recieved the first bill in the mail.

The service manager's smirk alone will keep me from ever buying a car at Boardwalk Park Cities Volkswagen again, but there are plenty of other reasons. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people - they don't care about thier customers and it shows.

Do NOT buy a car from Boardwalk..do NOT service your car at Boardwalk.

We recently bought our 2nd VW from Boardwalk. Upon purchasing our new car, the agent wrote the contract with a higher sales price. He rushed us through and did not explain anything. We returned a few days later to get a new contract drawn. The agent was less than happy to help us. A few months after the purchase, the sunroof got stuck open. We took it in and they claimed to have fixed it. A month later, the radio went out. Boardwalk assured us that we would get a new radio in a few days. We called for over a week. Nobody could give us status on the radio and nobody returned our calls. 2 weeks later, Boardwalk said they had the radio for a week, but returned it back to the manufacturer because WE did not call. A week later, the sunroof glass shattered while driving. We took the car in and they said it was not covered under our warranty (b/c they couldn't prove we didn't break it). Boardwalk at first told us that we'd only need to pay for the glass replacement. But after a week were told that the whole sunroof needed to be replaced ($1,800). We had to get our insurance to cover that ungodly amount. 8 weeks later, they still cannot tell us if they ordered our radio. WE'RE NEVER RETURNING!
