Well this was an experience I won't forget. At first when you walk in the staff was semi friendly. Welcomed me to the business. From there it went down hill. They were not busy at all. Only one person was with the doctor. It took them a while to get the ipad that they use for new customers. After the doctor finished with the guy ahead of me, she literally walked around the office doing absolutely nothing. Like she was lost! Its hard to explain. She did smile at me once during her state of doing nothing as I waited. The staff seemed no be in no rush and did not communicate well. They tried to take my blood pressure twice. The doctor did my exam which I felt was rushed, she was not friendly at all. I tried to make small talk and she was not interested. I got fit for my contacts. One of the staff asked her a question about my insurance and after that the doctor never talked to me again or did not check my new contacts or how they fit. I have never been to such an unprofessional doctor.

Dr. Diane is simply the best. Her office is clean, inviting and offers many choices of eyewear. Exams are thorough with the most advanced equipment. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. 3 thumbs up!!

The doctor is nice & there are a lot of frames to choose from. Since moving to Dallas, this is the only place I go for glasses, and it is convenient to where I work.

If you're in the downtown dallas area, accent optical is the place to go. They have an awesome selection of frames. They can schedule an appointment for you, next day! I liked the friendly service I received during my eye exam and the knowledgable staff that helped me choose my ideal frame, which I love to this day!
