Scam

Their groupon is a sca,.

1) they don't consider cleaning a return as part of a groupon.

2) They have a carpet cleaning machine that they use a vaccum part as airduct cleaning

3)The guy actually try to convince me they can clean the whole house vent by sending the hose through one vent and it clean all of them from inside.

4) they have chemical that is in a windex bottle and their professional deodorizing and cleaning is just spraying the return with that.

5) they don't have any brush or agitator and just use the hose to clean the duct. just shove the hose in there and assume it is clean.



I had to stop the guy from performing the service and ask him to leave because of the scam

I had technician Atzmon and he's full of $*** he try to power wash my brand new furnace and told me I was going to get sick.. Don't ever try to call this ABC OR AAA it's all a scams beware

If you ever see a Groupon or Living Social deal for this company (or AAA Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning - b/c they are the same company) - BEWARE. They will try to upcharge you even more based off exemptions that were not even listed on the groupon itself.

I had just redeemed mine on 12/7/2012 - purchased the $99 to cover 2500 sq ft. When the technician arrived, he surveyed the home and tried to charge me an additionl $200 for treatment (that was already included in the Groupon purchase) and when this was called out, he said well you have 18 stairs and two extra rooms. I am so livid that this would take place over the holidays. I called the company immediately after his departure, and filed a complaint, with no return phone call from the owner. The receptionist had confirmed that they have had several complaints regarding that same technician but received no resolve.



The carpet cleaning was mediocre at best - I have better luck w/ my own steam cleaner. Scam, Scam, Scam!

I just redeem my groupon with these guys and as soonest they arrive they try to sell me more stuff wich I told them that I didn't need, and to please just clean my carpet, the guy got upset and started cleaning my carpet wich it was only the bedrooms (3) ..It took him only 6min to '' clean the 3 bedrooms'' my carpet is soaking wet and he don't want to fix it, I talked to ABC carpet cleaning and they said that they can't do anything about it , that they talked to their guy and that he doesn't want to came back and fix what he did, my kids have asthma and I can't leave the carpet like this I need to call somebody else to finished the job otherwise it will get mold and that's very dangerous for my kids , I wasn't expecting this kind of service specially because Groupon have them as providers.

I'm very upset about this situation my carpet is a year old and I cleaned it 6months ago in every room I have area carpets I just need them to clean the traffic areas and it took him 6 min to finish , he started at 2pm and finished at 2:06 pm wow!! Vey very frustrated with the service specially when they are telling me that there's nothing else that they can do to fix it, they told me to call Groupon. :(

They are the worst... They are the most unprofessional bunch of human beings. I purchased carpet cleaning for three (3) bedrooms and a hallway for $89 through Living Social. I was scheduled an appointment with ABC Air Duct and Carpet Cleaning in September 2012 on a Sunday, because they do not work on Saturday, which should have been a red flag. They called on that Sunday to cancel my appointment because they were over booked. The woman "Anita" promised that they will be there on Sunday, October 21st between 9 and 1:00. Well I started calling that Sunday morning (October 21st) around 8:00 a.m., but only got answering service. I called again and again for Anita, which she never returned my call. I then called Living Social and they were able to credit my account. People, never used them.

Unprofessional/scam. I would rate this 0 stars if this system would allow it. I purchased the $69.00 whole home Groupon. When the technician arrived he advised he would only give me a credit of $69 towards my bill. He said the $69.00 would cover 10 vents and I had 22 vents. He advised he would charge me $11.00 for each additional vent. I fought with him advising him that the $49.00 Groupon was for 10 vents, the $69.00 one says WHOLE HOME. He then gave me a line about having a 2-story. I'm sorry but if you say whole home, then its your whole home, not just 10 vents or not just 1 story. He called his office to verify and they confirmed that they would NOT honor the Groupon terms. I told him if he would not honor the Groupon then he could leave, and he did. I informed Groupon immediatly. i hope they advise everyone who bought a Groupon not to redeem it. If you have them come please do not fall for thier scam and pay hundreds of dollars for a cleaning.

Do not use them! We had an appointment scheduled today and were told to expect them from 10-2. The lady working in the office is kind when you can get in touch with her (which is the only reason I gave a star), and was able to call and check the status of where they truck was for me at 2 when they had not arrived yet. She called back and said they would be there at 3, at 3:20, I got a phone call from the service technician letting me know he was working a big job and would have to reschedule for the next day. I told him we could not accommodate that, and at that point, he stated that he would be at our house in 45 minutes. I then called the office again at 4:45, no one was in the office, so I left a message with their answering service. Technician showed up at 5:20, and I am still waiting a call back from the office. I will post again once carpets are clean, hopefully they at least do a good job since we had to wait all day to get it done!

Mundae cleaning has given me amazing results. My air duct is now very clean and I no longer have to worry about my kids having allergies!!!
