nfourtanely, we didn't read the reviews before going. My dad rented an item for 3 hours. ( due back at 12pm) My dad went back arrived there at 12:05pm and then was told they closed at 12:00pm. Even though they were they were there they couldn't do anything about it. They have 2 websites one indicates they close at 5pm on Saturdays that is NOT true. So from $75 now it's $275. Huge difference! From our experience, I do believe the other review about false charges to the credit/debit card. We will be checking on his card statement looking out for weird charges. They seem affordable but seems like they make their money from unethical practices!

Horrible service...staff is very rude.

Rental price for a tow lift was far below competetors, Sunbelt Arrow and United Rentals were $200. - $345. a day where AA quoted me $150.00 a day for a tow behind lift to cut some trees back from the house. I will be going there for the Rental
