I rated this center as a 2 to be fair. The experience here has been less than professional. the doctor was pleasant, the staff was not so pleasant, no smiling faces, no warm greets, short and blunt. I did not like that my results have yet to be shared with me especially knowing that I was really concerned about the matter. I was told in my visit it would be a couple of days, I called a week later and was told by the doctor she would contact me when they get in. I called a week later and was told it would be mailed to me and I have yet to receive them. I had follow up scheduled today and I called to advise that I took vaccine and was not feeling well so I could not make my follow and there was no concern shown, I was asked was I cancelling or rescheduling, I opted to cancel and didnt even bother to tell me she hopes I feel netter, it was simply ok. Needless to say I will not be rescheduling.

Dr. Boyd is an exceptional doctor. I scheduled a hysterecomy for 2/24/2021. I inquired about changing the date to an earlier one. I was given two possible dates the 4 or 18th. At the time I was not experiencing pain that I couldn't manage, so I declined. However today I called because I awoke with pelvic pain on both sides and in my lower back. The receptionist transferred me to the nurse. who rudely told me, the dates weren't available anymore and I should have made up my mind before. Now I'm wondering if this person will be anywhere near me during my surgery. If so, I will have to find another doctor to perform my surgery. Staff that lacks empathy for the patients that are having serious procedure do not need or deserve rudeness. I plan to call Dr. Boyd tomorrow about this situation. After all, I understand if the dates weren't available. If a patient is calling early in the morning, it is not because they're taking any decision lightly. Kindness and professionalism should be the standard.

Rude staff, unkind and in friendly. Doctors refuses to get you your results in a timely manner. After numerous calls I had to get my primary physician to get results!

Dr. Boyd is one of the best doctors! As well and her Nurse Practitioner Aquia Ward. They cares about all their patients and the staff is great and very friendly. I had a great experience and not to mention she does surgeries. All the females in my family visit Dr. Boyd and love her. I would recommend anyone who needs a OB/GYN doctor to come and see Dr. Boyd as well as her Nurse Practioner, Aquia Ward. They are wonderful!
