I had my chimney cleaned by back to basics. And I was toll the charge would be $150. They charged me $212. They also took a metal pipe out of our chimney advised they would wrap it and bring it back. Its been over three weeks and they still have not replaced the pipe. I would not recommend this company.

I had them come out to clean my chimney, and they took out a 6" stainless steel pipe from the chimney which I was not sure why as I never authorized them to take. I have been contacting them for 3 weeks and they still have not brought back the steel pipe. very poor service. I would not recommend this company knot will we ever use them. I was also overcharged as I was told to clean the chimney would be $150. I was charged $212.
