I enjoyed my visit. But probably not use again. They told my son-in law a lie and did not even try to compensate him. He traded his truck and repeatedly told them he had original tired and rims go back on trade in. They told him no problem bring them Monday they would swap them out. They sold truck and called said bad news the tires gone. So do not believe them. That was underhanded Watch probably not use them again.

I purchased a new Dodge from this dealership on December 11, 2015. Our purchasing experience was as pleasant as that experience normally is. I love my new car! On the other hand, there has been trouble ever since! Due to Dallas Dodge not sending in correct paper work to my bank lender for my loan, it is currently January the 19th and my loan has yet to be funded. Not only is my first payment going to be late (with a possibility of this hindering my current credit score of 780), I will not receive my tag documents to transfer my tag on time (since my car hasn't really even been paid for yet). My schedule has to be rearranged so that I can make sure that I apply for a tag extension. I have found out all of this information due to me calling and inquiring. Dallas Dodge has not made any attempt to contact me to let me know what is going on. I have spoken with several people over the phone and my husband has even gone to the dealership. I am beyond unsatisfied with the costumer service that I have received since purchasing my car. When this is all settled, I will NEVER do business with this dealership again and I will NEVER recommend Dallas Dodge to anyone! I have never seen such unorganization and poor communication skills from a business this large in my life!

Worst Dealership ever. They lied when I bought my Dodge Ram and lied when I tried to get my refund for my GAP and extended warranty after I sold the truck. KB and the little short fat sales guy are liars.

I have never heard of not covering the warrenty on a part due to having a rebuilt title . I went to the dealer to buy high quality parts and what i have gotten was a major waste of my time and money. I showed up at the dealership three mornings over a two week period only to be sent back to the house with nothing to show for my time, I paid 600+ dollars for a new not remanned rack-n-pinion unit . The parts dept. had to use my vin to get the part info but never said there was not warrenty coverage on anything i put on this truck, after installing the unit ( another 203.00 ) there is a ton of play in the steering wheel . At first the guys at the parts counter tried to convince me that " play in the wheel is normal ". When i showed them a video of me driving and the amount of play in the wheel they sent a tech to look at it , and he confirmed that it was a faulty unit. Now after multiple visits and multiple calls they will not cover installing the part or even replacing it. After reading a few review sites , this is normal business for them.

I have had awful experiencewith this dealership, both on the sales and service side. The first time I took my car to be serviced here, the service department failed to update my software which resulted in several functions of my car not working properly. The associate bad mouthed the now ex-employee who assisted me the first time. I'm a customer, I don't care if you had a bad employee. Take responsibility of the situation and work to make it better! After asking the service department to look at an issue I thought I was having, less than a week later this issue has become a problem and is not working. I called and asked to get an appointment the next day since they failed to address the issue. Then I was essentially called a liar by the employee because she did not "recall" me asking her to have it looked at. Why would I make that up? Haven't you heard of "the customer is always right"?? This is a service industry.



I've called a different dealership and am dropping off my car next day. They also provide courtesy cars, which this dealership does not.



- Long waits for appointments (over 5 days)

- Failure to fix issues

- Rude service employees

- Failure to take responsibility for bad service



By reading the other reviews, it is apparent to me that bad service is a common occurrence as others have had similar issues as I have. Save yourself time, bad service, and future problems by going to a different dealership!

Danny was great as was the whole car-buying process. I was looking for a good price on a low mileage, 5-6 year old Honda CRV for my daughter to take off to college. I found what I was looking for in the online inventory, stopped by to test drive it on Thursday and came back and bought it on Saturday afternoon.

Customer Service above and beyond I took my 2011 Jeep Wrangler in for repairs today after being rear ended by a distracted driver and meet with stephen at front desk and asked him to do a quick estimate of damages before claims adjuster came to compare against the adjusters when he did his. Stephen did a excellent job and explained the damages he had found and how cost was to break down on repairs though I was not the one paying for repairs. Once the claims adjuster arrived and inspected the jeep and gave me his estimate it was inline with what stephen had given me. I turned over my keys and signed the paper work to start repairs. I was directed to there in house rental car company and did all paperwork to leave. I go home and check my bank account about to write bills and notice that the rental car company had put a hold of fifty dollars on my card. I spoke to stephen and he apologized to me and stated that the rental should have let me know up front and reimbursed the same day.

GREAT CUSTOMER CARE!!! After getting the run around from the insurance company I took my 4runner to Dallas Dodge to have them state whether or not the damage could be caused by a full size Dodge truck. They were very helpful and said they'd get everything taken care of. I was happy with the work, it was done well and in the time they said they'd do it. I was shocked when they informed me a month after getting my vehicle back that they insurance co only paid $300 and I have a balance. They were very patient with me and very helpful. They reduced my portion of the bill and gave me a free oil change. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DALLAS DODGE for any service needs, and I've heard their sales department is awesome as well. GREAT GREAT people!!!

Notably good service experience

The people and management at this dealership are second to none. I went in and the experience was seamless. Everyone had a good working knowlegde as to they're role in each dept. of the business. I would highly recommend Dallas Dodge to any and every one. Thanks for making my new car purchase an easy one.

Can count on them, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, they don't keep you informed about anything

have had my truck in for service 6-7 times for the same issue, every time they say they will call and never do, they make excuses on why they didn't do what they said they would do, they DO NOT fix the problem professionally and they DO NOT provide customer satisfaction. My truck was due in for repair on Monday feb 7th, i called before i brought my truck in and they couldn't work on it that day because their "guys" didn't show up for work. They told me to bring it in on Tuesday and they will fix it and have it back to me by Tuesday evening, no one called, we went up to dallas dodge tuesday night and my truck was sitting in the same spot that i left it untouched. It is now Wendsday at 6:20 pm (service closes at 6) and no one has called and i don't have my truck. ive tried calling all day and cant get none on the phone to inform me on what's going on and it is like this every time i bring my truck to them, and also when we were purchasing the vehicle. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
