About a month ago we discovered possible termite damage in the corner of our Den. I was petrified! We called NW Exterminating of which we have been customers for approximately 35 years.Appointment made right away. Tech Bobby McMichen came out for an inspection.He was so knowledgeable, professional and caring that instantly our minds were at ease.(finally got good night's rest following McMichen's inspection as he assured that our house would not cave in He treated the questionable areas.Mgr Ryan Johnston Dallas office came by for a follow up.It was determined our contract was under Retreat.Contract was then upgraded and NW took care of everything!Can't say enough about Tech Bobby McMichen! He put our minds at ease with his expertise evaluation.Ryan Johnston Mgr Dallas Office was also great in a smooth transition of the paper work. We would recommend Northwest Exterminating to everyone. They are professional, knowledgeable courteous punctional and much more. They are like Family
