I left a mower to be repaired and was told he had work piled up and it would be 3 1/2 weeks to complete. Also said he was getting calls from customers because he had not been able to get to their jobs on schedule. Made it clear to me that he didn’t want me calling to check. So I said I’m in no hurry. Today, 5 weeks later, I called for an update and am told he has called me numerous times that the mower was ready after two weeks. Then called to say he was going to start adding storage fees and lastly that he was taking possession of the mower and now it is up for sale. I asked what it was going to cost me to get the mower back. $110 and all he did was tune up, put the drive belt back on the pulls and sharpen the blade. The old cheap mower is not worth that. I’m confident he did call as his notes show but it is clear he was not calling the right number because I have no calls from him in my call log and no voice mails. I explained that but he seems to be concerned with the financial aspect over any customer service. I can not recommend ever using Mt. Tabor Lawn Mower Repair for any of your needs. I rated this as one star since there was none lower.

I just went out to have both my Ryobi weed wackers fixed expecting to leave them for a week or so and within 10 minutes they were both up and running like a champ! Reasonable charge for the work so I know where I'll be going whenever I need more small engine work.

I have taken a few items to Mt Tabor for repair. (gas weedeater, lawnmower) but when I called to ask if they repaired pressure washers, they were nice enough to walk me through what could be going wrong and helped me to pinpoint and fix the issue write over the phone. That really impressed me. These guys don't want to take you, they just want to run a good business. From now on, they have my business.
