Needed a used aluminum wheel that was hard to find locally. Spoke with Chris and they had one in stock and even texted me a picture to verify that is what I needed. I asked if they could deliver it to a repair shop that was working on my car and they did the same day. The price was right and the service was really good. I would do business with them again and based on this experience a good rating.

the service was great, i do not know anything about the cars, they help me identify the right parts for my car. they went above and beyond. customer service was great and emplyees are very knowledgable. i would highly recommend lost mountain.

This place is a joke. I just call them and they guy there was a complete JERK. Was very rude when i asked him about a part that i needed. Will never use them ever again. I suggest that no one use these people either. I don't know how someone can be so rude on the phone to a customer. It's amazing to me. And they also need someone to answer the phone that can speak the least bit of ENGLISH.

I just called to check availability of a headlight for a 1995 camaro. The premium headlight brand new from auto zone is $25. These guys wanted $35 for a used one from a wreck. When I called this to the attention of the person answering the phone, he gave a smart alec answer about parts stores having to buy from them, too. This person didn't seem to understand what the difference was between a premium version of a new part & an old part from a wreck. Don't bother giving these people any business.
