Came in for my older brother as a new patient and each interaction from the call to schedule to the end of our visit everyone was so wonderful. My brother has Autism so I always worry about people not being very patient because of his mental health. Everyone was so amazing and I’m happy about our decision to come here and have him established as a regular patient.

The office is a bit outdated however, I couldn’t say enough good things about the staff and Dr. East. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. East has great bedside manners. She takes the time and listens to you. Dr. East does not rush through patients. She seems to be very knowledgeable. I’ve seen a lot of family doctors and she is the the one for me. I’ve been coming to her for three years and I don’t plan on changing. The wait is not long, most of the time 5 minutes or less. Whenever I am sick I can always get an appointment in short order.
I would highly recommend her to anyone.

The office is a little off-putting with the various signage.....the pamphlets/handouts on the other hand are great...the office staff is friendly....although not necessarily all that organized....Dr. East is amazing....she is very knowledgeable..listens and spends time with you! I believe she is very knowledgeable and is current on medical techniques, etc.

everyone was so nice. there was a very short wait time, and the doctor spent time with me. it was nice to have a doctor actually sit down to listen.

Family owned does not=have no regards for patients. Lynn is disrespectful and rude. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
