Courthouse tool rental has grown and offers better customer service then any other rental company in the area. They now offer 24hr emergency services. They have a phone number on the website that can be used to reach the store manager if you run in to any problems. They treat you as if you are there're only customer. New staff has turned customer service around.

this company left us in 90+ degree weather stuck on the side of the highway because their old tire on the trailer blew out. When we called to ask for help, the owner Charlie blamed the blow out on us and told us he would charge us not only for the 'service call', but also for the tire. I asked him how much the service call would be and he had told my husband $50, then turned around and told me $75 PLUS the cost of the tire (which he would not tell me how much THAT would cost) AND would lose our deposit AND would NOT receive the 1/2 day refund because it would be PAST 3:00pm by the time they fixed it and got it back to the shop. Therefore, my husband and I had to buy a new tire AND have it mounted on the rim AND he put it back on the trailer with NO HELP NOR ASSISTANCE from the owner CHARLIE. Thank you Charlie for the worst customer service we have ever encountered. Hope you enjoy the new tire. Oh, and thanks for letting us know we weren't the only ones you have screwed by forcing them to purchase a new tire for your trailer.
