I cannot even give a single star for professionalism. My wife used her services for over 20 years. Despite numerous issues, and despite having many others slam All Pets regularly, my wife stuck with them and defended Virginia. NOT ANY MORE.

She hires horrible staff, many who are drug users. They are rude and do not know anything about animal care. With our last puppy, Virginia actually got on the phone with another vet in front of us and kept asking what their doctor thought about the symptoms and treatment needed. Needless to say, our dog died two days later.

She has MANY violations of GA code, and the place constantly is dirty. Once, when we boarded our dogs there, they came home with all kinds of skin irritations.

AVOID AT ALL COST if you value your pet's life.

Dr. Towles was the first vet in the area, and have utilized the services of ALL PETS since 1997. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. You won't find marble floors and expensive decorations, and that's AOK, because I don't want to pay for that type ambiance. The clinic is plane, simple and to the point. The staff is incredibly wonderful and know what they are doing. Two thumbs up!

All Pets & Dr. Towles are the best I've found since summer of 2006 when I moved here! Current pet 'examined' by 5 vets in past 2 yrs because I think he's underweight , and he vomits sporadically. All 5 said he's healthy and reply some cats are thin when I question his skin & bones look. Last vet did CBC blood work and determined 'normal'; also ear swabs(yeast infection reported in printout I got paying bill) Never addressed by vet. Towles prescribed med for evident infection, found urinary infection (treated, thank you). And, in process of determining reason for low weight. This vet is sharp, knows her stuff; she and her staff impress me as highly competent and caring professionals. A wonderful experience to finally find a vet who can look at my pet and have an intelligent idea of what might be wrong and then follow through with logical testing choices. So much better than hearing "Well, we can run a series of tests....." which is always accompanied by a vacant stare at the exam room walls, thereby avoiding eye contact.

Dr. Towles is the best vet I have ever found. Everyone is professional in the office, yet as friendly and caring as can be. She kept my cat alive with eight chest taps over one and a half years, when another vet wanted to put him to sleep. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else for safe and thorough medical treatment.

Interestingly, like the review below, my first visit with Dr. Towles was for my cat with kidney failure. However, my experience was very different. I noticed my cat was not eating as much, and sleeping a lot, so I brought her in. Dr. Towles recognized it right away, and did the needed tests to diagnose it. She explained everything about her condition in great detail. I have Dr. Towles to thank for my cat living as long as she did. My experience at all pets has been far superior to any other vets in the area, or my previous vets in Atlanta. You really can't beat the quality of service, and character of this place. I would never trust my animals with anyone else. Sure its not some big fancy state of the art office, but who cares?! Once I was in the waiting room and witnessed Dr. Towles leave a room after putting a dog down, after all of her years of practice, needing a tissue. Not to discredit the review below, but that does not seem like a negligent vet to me. These are genuine people that care WAY more about your animals than your wallet. Can you say that about your vet?

Didn't think so. If you want a quality vet with a soul then go see Dr. Towles. Otherwise, enjoy paying an extra 50% for a "fancy" facility with far less heart.

By the way, I highly recommend their grooming too!
